In this paper,we study the process of silver ion reduction which induced by femtosecond laser.The study found that due to the position of the laser focus will produce multiphoton absorption process,which makes the occurrence of oxidation and reduction reaction of silver ions in the precursor solution,and the silver nanoparticles deposit on the substrate result in the completed nanowiring process.We can explore the influence of different conditions on the width of nano silver wire,based on controlling the processing power,exposure duration,reductant species in the solution and the silver nitrate concentration of the solution.In the observation of scanning electron microscope,we successfully fabricated silver nanowire which width is 93 nm when the reducing agent is sodium citrate,femtosecond laser processing power is 0.26 m W,exposure duration is 250?s,the concentration of silver nitrate solution is 0.06mol/L,which broke the limit of optical diffraction and shows the high resolution of femtosecond laser induced Ag nanowiring.And through the self-made Au-Cr microelectrode characterization of electrical conductivity of silver nanowires,we can estimate the resistivity of silver nanowires is an order of magnitude higher than the normal state.And a lot of repeated experiments show that the increase of silver nanowires resistivity due to the silver surface oxidation and the tiny crack between nanoclusters.By the high-power ultrasonic experiments,we proved that the femtosecond laser induced silver nanowires well adhere on the basement.Based on the optimum processing experimental conditions,the arbitrary pattern can be successfully designed and fabricated by the femtosecond laser induced technique,and the image on the web can be successfully converted into silver microstructures,such as elephant,rabbit,shark and so on,which shows the programmability and arbitrariness of femtosecond laser induced technique advantages.Finally,a kind of microstructure of catalytic reaction is successfully fabricated using the femtosecond laser induced technology,which is expected to be used in microfluidic system with gas power.The study provides a new technical reference for the developing integrated function devices.This paper is divided into four chapters altogether,chapter one introduces the develo pment history and the research background of femtosecond laser.The second chapter introduces the precision and morphology of femtosecond laser induced silver nanowi ring under several different conditions(processing power,exposure duration,reductant species in the solution,the silver nitrate concentration of the solution),and theoretically analyzed how these conditions affect the precision.The third chapter introduces the limited resolution and various performance of silver micro/nanostructures microfabricated by femtosecond laser.And we microfabricated several kinds of practicability application components.The fourth chapter introduces the summary and prospects of this paper.
