Multi-input multiple-output(MIMO)detection technology in Wireless communication system has become more mature.Massive MIMO technology as the traditional MIMO technology has become one of the core technologies of 5G(the 5th Generation mobile communication technology,5G).Massive MIMO has higher spectral efficiency and channel capacity.However,there are many problems in Massive MIMO system.Due to the large number of antennas,the complex signal and high-dimensional channel matrix,the signal detection algorithm at the receiving need higher requirements.we hope to achieve the detection algorithm which has good performance and lower complexity.Based on this background,this--thesis focuses on the RTS algorithm in Massive MIMO signal detection,and introduce an improved method to achieve higher performance.RTS detection algorithm has good performance in Massive MIMO.In recent years,more and more people has studied it.In this thesis,we mainly study how to improve the performance of RTS algorithm and solve the problem of poor performance of RTS algorithm in high order modulation mode.In this thesis,two improved RTS-based methods are proposed:RCR-RTS algorithm and RTS-BP algorithm,and simulated analysis of their performance.This thesis first introduces the research background and status of Massive MIMO system and its signal detection technology,and provides a brief overview of MIMO system model and common Massive MIMO detection algorithms.Then describes the active tabu search(RTS)algorithm based on algorithm principle and flow chart in Massive MIMO system,and analise the advantages of the algorithm in Massive MIMO.Then simulate analysis of their performance in M-QAM modulation mode.Then introduce the algorithm which name RCR-RTS,is given to improve the performance of RTS algorithm,and solve the problem in higher M-QAM of RTS algorithm.Then analysis the standard BP-GAI algorithm,and combined the RTS algorithm and the BP algorithm to give another improved method which name RTS-BP detection algorithm.Simulation results show that the performance of RTS-BP is better than RTS algorithm and it also solve the problem of performance RTS algorithm in higher QAM.Finally,analyzed and compared the performance and complexity of these two detection algorithms.The conclusion is that the RCR-RTS and RTS-BP detection algorithms is the improve for the RTS algorithm from two completely different perspectives.These two detection algorithms have their own advantages.their performance is very good in Massive MIMO and it is very suitable for signal detection algorithms in Massive MIMO systems.This thesis is focused on active tabu search(RTS)algorithm with low complexity and high performance,and introduce two improved methods which have better performance in Massive MIMO system with multiple antennas.It brings some fresh ideas and methods for the issue of the signal detection in Massive MIMO system.
