With the continuous development of the times,people's demand for image quality is higher and higher.As one of the methods to improve the image quality,image restoration technology has become a hot issue in domestic and international research.Image restoration technology is widely used in astronomy,medicine,military,aviation and other fields,which has great practical significance.This paper,based on the traditional image restoration algorithm,discusses several classical restoration methods,and puts forward the related improved algorithms.It strives to improve the quality of image restoration.The introduction first introduces the research purpose of this topic,and reviews the image restoration research background including domestic and foreign research status and image restoration research work,then it gives the overall framework of this paper.In the second chapter,the basic knowledge of image restoration is introduced,including image degradation models,degradation function estimation,noise type and evaluation index.In the third part of this paper,we introduce several classical image restoration methods,such as Wiener filtering,inverse filtering,constrained least square method,Forward algorithm and so on.The fourth chapter is the significant content of this paper,it gives a new method to find the similar blocks and combines with the two diagonal transformation,a new image restoration method is put forward.The fifth part is the experimental simulation of the algorithm proposed in this paper.It can be seen from the experiments that the restoration method proposed in this paper has a very good effect,which can not only preserve the characteristic information of the image,but also suppress the noise to a certain extent.The last chapter of this paper is to evaluate the proposed restoration algorithm.And it prospects the future according to the research direction and focus key points.
