The rapid development of the electronics industry,is important for our country's development.Dispensing technology is an important technology of electronic products manufacturing,electronic products update also put forward new requirements for dispensing technology.Dispensing technology is toward a trace,precise direction.Non-contact dispensing has the advantages of fast speed,high precision,good consistency and so on,and application is increasingly widespread.A two-component adhesive is widely used in the manufacture of electronic products,at present,two-component adhesive dispensing equipment or basic contact dispensing mode,can not fully meet the technological requirements,foreign two-component non-contact dispensing equipment has already begun to develop,therefore,it is necessary for two-component adhesive non-contact dispensing through theory research and analysis.Two component adhesive is made up of the main material glue and curing agent glue,usually separate storage,the use of these two ingredients mixed,mixed viscosity gradually increased until solidified.Two component adhesive spray dispensing first need to mix evenly with the two components,and then spray,in which the composition of the two components of the viscosity change will affect the spray effect.In this paper,the theoretical and Experimental Research on the realization of two component adhesive non-contact dispensing is carried out from the following aspects.First of all,this paper analyzes the current market spray dispensing equipment and two-component adhesive dispensing equipment,select the design of high frequency,high precision piezoelectric injection valve for two-component adhesive non-contact dispensing.Piezoelectric driven injection valve can achieve high frequency and high precision injection.The characteristics of piezoelectric stacking of the piezo-driven injection valve drive component are analyzed,which provide the theoretical basis for the design of the driving part of two-component spray valve.Secondly,the mixing mechanism of two components of two-component adhesive was studied,and the mechanism of SK type static mixing tube was analyzed.The model of static mixing tube was established.The two-phase flowsimulation of two-component adhesive was carried out by using the Mixture model in FLUENT software.The factors influencing the mixing effect of two-component were studied by analyzing the concentration distribution and pressure distribution after mixing.Furthermore,a piezo-driven injection valve dispensing two-component adhesive is designed in which the mixing section can mix the two-component adhesive evenly and maintain the glue pressure.As the deformation of the piezoelectric stack is small,the displacement of the piezoelectric stack is amplified by the lever enlarging mechanism,and then converted into the displacement of the striker.Analyze the stability of the displacement amplifier and the striker structure.The COMSOL software was used to simulate the liquid-solid coupling.The influence of the viscosity change on the jetting effect was analyzed by simulating the impact process t of the striking needle.Finally,viscometer was used to test the change of viscosity after two-component adhesive mixed,and the change of viscosity after mixing two-component adhesive under different temperature conditions was tested.The piezoelectric drive type two-component injection valve was mounted on a three-axis motion platform.The same number of points were sprayed each time,and the amount of glue per shot was measured,the stability of the spray valve and effect of different factors on the amount of glue were tested.After mixing the two-component glue,the effect of the driving voltage,the pressure of the glue and the temperature on the amount of the injected glue is discussed,and the basis for the correction of the glue quantity is discussed.
