Gray system theory is a new discipline proposed by Professor Deng Julong in China in 1982.It aims to study the uncertainty system of "some information is known and some information is unknown",through the generation of "some" known information,To develop and realize the exact description and understanding of the real world.The so-called gray system,refers to the incomplete information system.Objectively speaking,people are aware of the world are composed of "gray system".Because of the universal connection of all things,so the system is common with people's lives;and because of the limitations of people's understanding,therefore,in dealing with practical problems,people are accustomed to ignore the fact that the results will affect the unknown factors,Which makes the gray system as a white system for processing.Therefore,the gray system is actually ubiquitous.Book purchasing work is the basis and starting point of the whole library work,the quality of purchasing books directly determines the quality of the collection,but also determines the level of library services.The traditional book purchase is inefficient,subjective is too strong,science is not strong and other issues,library managers hope to find out from the daily service data for book procurement to provide decision support information to solve such problems,books Procurement system also arising from this.And because the book procurement system also has incomplete information,so we will book procurement system as a gray system to deal with,to study its gray,and based on the gray system theory,the establishment of the gray model of book procurement model.In order to better meet the needs of readers and improve the efficiency and quality of book purchase,this paper first elaborates the basic concepts and principles of gray system theory.Secondly,introduces the related principles and methods of system modeling,and models the gray system The paper introduces the concept of book purchasing,the concept of book procurement,the process and so on,and analyzes the feasibility of the grayness and gray system modeling of the book purchase system in the book purchasing system.Finally,A Decision Model of Book Purchasing System Based on Gray System Theory.
