Research And Application Of Construction Method Of Knowledge Base Based On Ontology Of Copyright

Ontology is a concept from philosophy,in recent years,with the development of computer and information science was introduced into the field of computer,for the construction of the concept or term specification describing things,make the machine understandable knowledge.Ontology plays an important role in artificial intelligence and semantic web.The research on ontology has become an important part of the construction of knowledge base.Copyright refers to the author's right to enjoy his works(including property rights and personal rights).It is made up of natural science,social science,literature,music,drama,painting,sculpture,photography and cinematography.Copyright knowledge base is a cluster of copyright knowledge.It organizes the copyright knowledge according to a certain order,establishes the mutual connection and provides the corresponding retrieval method.The traditional method of knowledge base retrieval is a simple string matching method,which leads to low efficiency of knowledge acquisition.In recent years,semantic retrieval has become an important method to improve the retrieval efficiency.In this paper,according to the characteristics of ontology,we design a model of copyright knowledge base construction based on ontology,which makes the copyright knowledge base have semantic property,and can provide the semantic retrieval service.In the ontology construction method,according to the copyright case text belongs to semi structured knowledge,can construct ontology automatic construction methods,and legal texts such as small quantity and high accuracy requirements need to manually construct ontology.It can realize the automatic construction of ontology and reduce the construction time.According to the traditional copyright knowledge base in the retrieval problem,put forward to improve the knowledge base retrieval ability through semantic reasoning ability of ontology,the ultimate goal is to build a copyright knowledge base with semantic features,designed with wide application ability model copyright knowledge base based on ontology,provide the semantic inference function of knowledge retrieval service for the user.The ontology based knowledge base model has three parts:the planning and design of copyright knowledge base,ontology construction and knowledge service.In this paper,we use Protege graphical tool to build ontology framework,and use Jena to ontology instantiation and knowledge reasoning.The function of knowledge retrieval is based on Lucene,and the query success rate is improved by the fusion of Jena ontology and Lucene.Finally,an ontology based copyright knowledge retrieval service system is established to verify the feasibility of ontology based knowledge repository construction.
