Railway station square is generally equipped with several sets of intelligent building information systems,but these systems are independent of each other and constitute a "information island" because there is no information exchange.Due to the lack of unified control and management,there are some problems in management such as duplication and inefficient.In this paper,the intelligent integration of the building information system of the railway station west square is carried out according to the intelligent system engineering of Zhengzhou Railway Station West Plaza.It includes: video surveillance system,parking management system,parking guidance system,intelligent Lighting system and building automation system to ensure that the system can be stable and efficient operation,on the base of the integration of the subsystem resources,coordination and management of the linkage between the subsystems.Through the interface integration,functional integration and data integration,to achieve data sharing,centralized supervision,enhance the comprehensive management capabilities.First of all,this paper gives a whole design scheme of the system.This paper analysis the structure and communication interface of each subsystem to determine the integration method.The system software is divided into three layers: the communication interface layer,the control management layer and the presentation layer.Based on this design,an integrated regulatory platform has been developed,including user management,subsystem remote management,subsystem function integration,linkage management and statistical reporting.The user management module is the user information management and user login security verification;subsystem remote management module is designed to achieve the remote management of the subsystem computer;subsystem function integration module is the video surveillance subsystem,parking management subsystem,intelligent lighting Subsystem and building autonomy subsystem function and data integration;linkage management module is the parking management subsystem and lighting system linkage management;statistical report module to achieve the system data statistics and visualization of the presentation.The integrated regulatory platform software is written in C# that is an object-oriented high-level programming language based on.NET Framework and use the SQL Server 2008 database for data management.The integrated regulatory platform integrates basic functions of all subsystems.Through the secondary development of the SDK provided by the video monitoring subsystem,the real-time monitoring of the video and the monitoring of the alarm signal are carried out in the integrated regulatory platform.Through the Web Service call to the lighting subsystem,the state query and control of the lamps are realized.The OPC client is connected to the OPC server provided by the building subsystem to obtain the status and alarm information of the equipment.Through the development of the gateway interface,socket communication is carried out to realize the database monitoring and operation of the parking lot management subsystem.In order to manage the system more effectively,to achieve the linkage between the subsystems,the integrated regulatory platform can control lighting subsystem intelligently according to the real-time changes in vehicle information.It is implemented by creating a trigger for the related tables in the parking management system database.When the vehicle and parking information table data changes,the trigger calls UDF and the UDF send the message to the integrated regulatory platform through the ZeroMQ message middleware.The integrated regulatory platform processes the message and sends control information to the lighting subsystem.The software implements the basic integration of the video surveillance system,the parking management system,the intelligent lighting system and the building automation system,and realizes the linkage management of the parking management system and the lighting system.The system can be stable in the Local Area Network,the subsystem can be centrally managed to achieve 1 +1> 2 effect.The system by the Zhengzhou Railway Station West Square test use,stable performance,reliable work to achieve the desired design requirements.The integrated regulatory platform designed in this paper is an improvement of the traditional isolated subsystem,which has a good application prospect in the field of small and medium-sized intelligent building.
