With the development of the Internet of things and the sensing technology,the wireless sensing network is more and more extensive,and the wireless sensing network based on ZigBee technology has become a hotspot.Because of safe and high speed,CAN bus is one of the most widely used fieldbus.In this paper,the CAN bus is combined with the ZigBee,and the feasibility of network:in air drilling is verified.In this paper,two different kinds of communications are designed by network that contains CAN bus and ZigBee.What's more,the advantages and disadvantages of the two communications are analyzed.In this paper,the logging while drilling sensor node,CAN/ZigBee node and coordinator node are designed.the logging while drilling sensor nodes collect data of environment,and communicate with CAN/ZigBee node through the CAN bus;CAN/ZigBee node is responsible for changing the protocol between data of CAN bus and data of ZigBee wireless network,and communicating with he logging while drilling sensor node through the CAN bus,communicating coordinator by ZigBee wireless network;the coordination is responsible for formating ZigBee wireless network,and communicate with PC through the serial port.At the same time,the coordinator to send instructions to the CAN/ZigBee node by broadcast.This paper describes the hardware framework of the logging while drilling sensor node,the CAN/ZigBee node,the coordinator node and the functions of each node.In this paper,The hardware circuit of nodes and program of them are designed.The CAN bus controller of the logging while drilling sensor node and the CAN/ZigBee node is used MCP2515,and the CAN bus transceiver is implemented by CTM8251A.The ZigBee wireless communication of CAN/ZigBee node and coordinator node is realized by CC2530F256 module.The system uses GM(1,1)grey prediction model to predict the underground water and the combustible explosion.Because of needing less data and higher accuracy the GM(1,1)grey prediction model is suitable for the prediction of underground water and combustion explosion.data of the logging while drilling sensor node may be decline or hash(not increasing nor decreasing).So,before using the GM(1,1)grey prediction model,decreasing data must change reciprocal treatment,and hash data must change increasing data or decreasing data by he least squares approximation.Then,using GM(1,1)grey prediction model to predict' the underground water and combustion.Java and Matlab programming make the GM(1,1)grey prediction model realize.This paper set up the simulating environment that using the 12V DC motor drives the logging while drilling sensor node and the CAN/ZigBee node to simulate the drilling action to verify the feasibility of communication in the drilling by CAN bus and ZigBee transmission network,and verify the feasibility of the improved GM(1,1)grey prediction model is proved to be feasible in the field of underground water and the early warning.
