In the modern measurement area,the measurement of Three-Dimensional surface is an irreplaceable function in the industrial production,medical treatment and people's daily life.It is more and more important for the research of this field to find the 3-D surface measurement method with higher accuracy and speed.At present,the 3-D surface measurement is more and more tend to non contact measurement,at the same time,the 3-D shape measurement based on grating projection device has been put on the agenda of many researchers because of its high accuracy,convenience and low cost.This paper will study a binocular stereo vision measurement system based on grating projection,which combines the binocular vision with grating projection to measure the 3-D coordination of an object.Therefore,the main jobs are described as follows:1.Learning the development of grating projection and binocular vision,and choosing suitable approaches of hardware and software in the objective consideration of the laboratory;2.Build the mathematical model of binocular vision system,and accomplish the calibration of the measurement system as well as put forward the verification method;3.In view of the image processing and analysis,including the analysis of the phase of the image,based on the original system to make a correction including correcting the gray value of the background light.Add the phase analysis of the reference plane projection,and to extract the phase change of the reference plane.;4.Achieve the matching of binocular images,adding a unique constraint based on the original constraints to improve the matching accuracy;5.Design experiments to verificate the accuracy of the system.
