Because of PID control's simple structure,easily understood principle,low cost to be used and strong adaptability,it has been widely applied in modern industrial process control fieldand no other method of control can replace it totally.But times are changing,traditional PID control can't do well in complicated industrial process.Fuzzy control is an important branch of intelligent control theory and gets more and more attention.A lot of people are making researches on it.It has also be applied in the practice of production.The paper mainly introduces the principle of fuzzy PID control.It also tells us the method of realizing fuzzy PID control in PLC.As PLC is very important for industrial automation,it is no doubt that researching on how to realize fuzzy PID control in PLC has practical value.So in this paper,a steel mill in anshan 2 # heating furnace as an example,the fuzzy PID is given in the concrete implementation method in the PLC.But due to the condition limited,we can not implement in the steel mill.However,comparing their results of simulation by Simulink of MATLAB,we can also find that fuzzy PID control has good control precision and dynamic performance,good ability to adapt to the environment. |
