Heart disease has always been a "Killer",threatening human's health and safety.As an important way of modern medical diagnosis,ECG diagnostic analysis is usually done in hospitals and community clinics.Due to the burstiness of heart disease the complexity to operate the traditional ECG monitoring system and the poor real-time ECG reading,ordinary people cannot correctly read ECG waveform,which cannot meet the individual and family demands of ECG monitoring.Failing to get the timely ECG monitoring,patients often miss their precious rescue time and even lose their life.Therefore,the research and design of the portable and wearable ECG monitoring system plays a pivotal role in family and individual use.In order to realize daily ECG monitoring and arrhythmia analysis,this paper aims to solve the problem of the shortage of the existing ECG monitoring system and design the Wireless &Wearable ECG monitoring system.This system can realize the real-time ECG signal acquisition,waveform display and ECG rhythm calculation,ECG data for long-term storage.At the same time,ECG data collected by bluetooth module will be sent to the PC terminal monitoring center software,which possesses the functions as displaying waveform and heart rate,inquiring the stored information and analyzing the abnormal heart rhythm.In the design of hardware circuit,the system uses AD8232 as the ECG acquisition module front-end module,after accomplishing ECG signal acquisition,signal amplifier,high pass and low-pass filter settings,by the ARM Comrtex-M3 kernel STM32F103RBT6 microcontroller as the core to complete the transformation of A/D and the digital filtering processing for ECG.The processed data will be displayed as ECG signal and heart rate on liquid crystal in real-time,meanwhile the system finishes storing the collected ECG data in SD card,and the data is sent to the host computer monitoring center through bluetooth communication technology.On the existing problems of high complexity of median filter algorithm design,the author proposes an improved fast median filtering algorithm which can find the median without sequencing of the ECG data and filtering processing.A large number of simulation experiments show that the algorithm can effectively filter out the high frequency noise and pulse interference level noise,effectively retaining the original ECG signal.As to the design of monitoring center software,this paper employs Qt to develop the man-machine interactive interface center software.ECG data is sent by Bluetooth on computer which accomplishes the real-time display of ECG waveform and heart rate.It takes advantage of database to achieve the functions as storing the query of data and analyzing the abnormal heart rate.The test of the function of software and hardware manifests that the wearable ECG monitoring system designed in this paper has basically reached the requirements set initially.This system can run stably and have a good real-time performance,which can collect the real-time ECG data,display the waveform of heart rate and analyze the abnormal heart rhythm.The system plays a great monitoring effect in family and individual ECG health,and has great significance in the prevention and treatment of heart diseases.
