The essence of the high-precision solar tracking technology accurately able to realize the sun position.Currently,the high-precision solar tracking technology has been widely used in the photovoltaic power generation field and solar lighting,and occupies an important position.This paper mainly focus on the research of the light source angle sensor in high precision solar tracking,implementing the work from the following several aspects:(1)Proposed the design goal of intelligent detection instrument and light source angle sensor.According to the principle of the sun trajectory,the detection angle range and the detection precision of the sensor design are analyzed,and the design parameters of the sensor are determined.The design principle of the sensor and the detecting instrument are described respectively.The feasibility analysis of the design index of the sensor is achieved.(2)A kind of intelligent testing instrument detection method is proposed.First,the simulation of the light intensity using power control method.The principle of getting the parallel light is based on Kepler telescope principle.Then,simulation of the light incident direction is implemented by using the rotation base control.Finally,by using the system identification method to determine the gray box model of the light illumination angle through the sensor signal detection.(3)In order to provide accurate data in the process of identification of unknown parameters in light angle sensor grey box model,thereby ensuring the accuracy of the model,an improved differential evolution algorithm of high speed is put forward to optimize the control of intelligent detection instrument,and the intelligent controller based on improved differential evolution algorithm is designed,finally the control system simulation is completed.(4)At the last is the design of light source angle sensor and detection instrument.Firstly,the hardware and software design of the control system of the light source angle sensor and the intelligent detecting instrument are introduced.Secondly,the model of the illumination angle is determined through the analysis of the application of intelligent detection instrument and the utilization of least square method in identifying the unknown parameters of the light gray box model.In summary,this paper successfully developed a high-precision light source angle sensor and intelligent detection instrument,and determined the angle of the light angle sensor model through the application of intelligent detection instrument.
