Stockyard body scanning system in the enterprise resource inventory,etc.is used widely.Now,a lot of production and stockpile volume measurement units stockyard are most direct measuring manually,whose operation is a lot of work and needs strict requirements,but also cannot guarantee the accuracy.Given the disadvantages of the above methods,a small amount of thermal power companies began to use a mobile,three-dimensional scanner coals volume measurement.This method saves a certain extent,the measurement time,but the operation is more complex and the measurement accuracy could not do the precision requirements for volume estimates.Therefore,it needs to update the scanning equipment,design new 3D scanning model to design a high precision measurement period silo body scanning and automated systems.This paper systematically analyzes the pros and cons of existing stockpiles body scanning system,and for the use of a laser scanner principle analysis,established a stockpile volume calculation model for body scan.And this model is based on the design and development of the Silo Stockyard body scan image recognition system.This model takes into account the characteristics of the new two-dimensional laser scanning equipment,and the corresponding field situation stockpile scanning resolution of the relational model and accuracy is analyzed.In the system design,ranging precision laser scanner reaches millimeter level,which greatly improves the measurement accuracy of the system.The data transmission uses industrial Ethernet transport solutions to improve the data transfer rate and makes it precise and safe.Based on the above work,Visual C ++ and VTK are used to complete the development of the system,and the function of each module of the system and the realization method are described in detail.When two-dimensional data are obtained,using the integral method,windrow volume is calculated to obtain a windrow volume and weight.Finally,after experimental measurement of the whole system feasibility tests,we get a good measure of the actual results.Field test results show that the system is easy to operate,and has good human-computer interaction,high calculation speed,high precision and practicability.
