Evolving mobile data value-added services market for the management of mobile data services continues to put forward new demands,which makes data service management strategy began to have back support systematic management paradigm shift from extensive random management,MISC platform(Mobile Information Service Center,Mobile Information Service Center)is in such a large data background of business development and continuous improvement of operational managerial technical architecture.MISC system,refers to the original Monternet gateway location to add a management NE,through this system,a large number of management functions transferred from the SP to the hands of China Mobile,while irregularities and bad information can be effectively filtered.It connects the operator's basic network and business support systems(customer service systems,operating systems,billing systems),can provide a variety of telecommunications resources(such as short message center resources,user information resources,voice resource,fax resources,etc.),functional resources(such as a single point of authentication,billing,roaming control,personalization,etc.)and various public resources engines(such as TTS,location,voice interaction,push information,etc.).MISC platform between the mobile operators and content providers,play a "bridge" or "link" role,allowing operators to the fastest,easiest mode for opening new businesses.Based on this background,this paper design and implementation of mobile information service system.This paper discusses the mobile information service center platform and application prospects of platform for mobile information service center conducted a preliminary analysis of the architecture of mobile information service center were described,and explains the importance of mobile information service center;elaborated Secondly,the WAP Portal architecture and its establishment of methods,including system architecture,business subsystems,logging subsystems,components,interfaces,system functions,cross-platform ordering,business offline support,terminal adapter enhancements,portal shunt engine,etc;again,billing business users design and silence were designed to clean up,and the silence of the background and the user needs to clean up were analyzed,including solution design and system functional design;Finally,the SMS service and OAM were studied and design,including the message "1862" function and implementation,message "1863" function and implementation,as well as statistics on the OAM,program design,design,OAM interface design,OAM performance and storage,etc.are described.
