Evaluation Of Scholarlyimpact Of Colleges' Institutionsfor Scientific Research In China Based On Journalpaper

With the rapid development of China's economy,China's scientific research institutions have been developing rapidly,which have been carrying out knowledge innovation,scientific and technological innovation and talent innovation,theuniversities and the scientific research institutions of them and the enterprises constitute the backbone of China's innovation system.To carry out the evaluation of academic influence of scientific research institutions in universities is helpful to improve the competitiveness of scientific research institutions and promote the sustainable development of them.At present,although the research on universities' ranking is very hot at home and abroad,the evaluation of scientific research institution of academic influence is still very weak,evaluating the academic influence of the economic institutionsin theuniversities has not been reported.The output of scientific research achievements is the basis for the evaluation of scientific research institutions.The journal papers are the main form of scientific output of research institutions,the number of papers published by the scientific in theuniversities research institution directly determine the level of academic influence.Therefore,this paper mainly reflects the academic influence of scientific research institutions through the evaluation of journal papers.Through extensive literature research and the scientific method of combining qualitative and quantitative indicators,I determine the principle of setting up evaluation indicators,find out the factor influencing papers of universities' economic research institutions,constructthe evaluation index system based on papers of universities and research institutions,and establish the evaluation model of academic influence of universities' researchinstitutions.Economic research institutesin the ten universities in China beingas an example,based on empirical analysis and comparativeanalysis,I discuss the problems existing in the development of the institution and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving academic influence ofscientific research institutions from several aspects.
