With the advent of the knowledge-based economy,knowledge has become the most important production element,scientific research and technology innovation require fully access information and effectively use knowledge.People's demand for knowledge is mainly the quantity of knowledge contained in the information resources,rather than the number of information resources.In this situation,the traditional information service gradually change to the knowledge service.Scientific research cooperation effectively promotes the development of scientific productivity,co-authored papers is the main form of scientific research cooperation.In order to understand co-author situation of papers in the field of knowledge service,explore the authoritative scholars and reserch hotspots in co-authored papers,scientific researchers and co-author situation of papers by literature metrology together with social network analysis in this thesis.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Introduce the research backgroundand,the significance,literature metrology and knowledge service development status,briefly introduce the methods used in the study,include literature research,statistical analysis,social network analysis,word frequency analysis,and witch related issues can be solved by these methods.(2)Describe the conditions and processes of data co llection,introduce the data analysis software used.(3)Analysis of the author in knowledge service scopes,include periodical distribution,authors' repetition or addition,literature number,high yield article authors,regional and institutional distribution.The results show that Beijing,Hubei,Jilin,Jiangsu and Shanghai are the most active areas in the study of the knowledge service,80% of the researchers come from higher institutions.Li He,Wang Daoping,Zhang Xiaolin and other 7 scholars' s scientific achievements are outstanding.(4)Analysis of co-author situation of papers about knowledge service,include co-author degree and co-author ratio,co-author type,co-authorship network.The results show that researchers pay more and more attention to scie ntific research cooperation,but the type of cooperation is single,cooperation in the same unit is the main type of cooperation;co-authorship network structure is loose,connectivity is relatively poor,Deng Zhonghua,Xie Youbai,Wang Daoping,Wu Xinnian,Jiang Xun at the core position of the co-authorship network.Combining the results of the previous chapter,put forward improvement suggestions for the problems existing in the cooperation of the author,such as strengthen cooperation among researchers in coopthe active areas of scientific research or the institutions that are outstanding in scientific research,encourage excellent talents to join the cooperative network medium.(5)Comparing research hotspots between co-authored papers and non-co-authored papers,results indicate that researchers are more inclined to carry out scientific research cooperation in the study of knowledge service model,knowledge organization and management.(6)Summarize the full text,pointing out the shortcomings of the study and the future research direction.This paper studies the author and the author collaboration network in the field of knowledge service,comparing research hotspots between co-authored papers and non-co-authored papers,provides an effective way for researchers to understand the professional knowledge about knowledge service and establish the academic exchange network among the authority.It not only provides the basis for evaluating the scientific research ability of knowledge service research group,but also provides a reference for the rational allocation of resources and scientific research fund project.
