The magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials mainly include magnetization characteristics and loss characteristics,and related research work is of great significance for the manufacture and operation of electrical equipment in power system.The method and equipment for measuring the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials determine the accuracy of the experiment.The reliable experimental data can be used to verify the simulation results.Hysteresis model is the core problem in the study of magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials,and its computational efficiency,accuracy and applicability need to be comprehensively considered in the modeling process.Considering the loss characteristics of ferromagnetic materials,electrical equipment will produce loss in operation.The effect of frequency and magnetic flux density on the loss characteristics of silicon steel sheet and transformer is analyzed by combining the loss separation model and the finite element calculation,which has important engineering value for the manufacture and design of electrical steel sheet and transformer.Sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China under grant 51307057,this paper realizes the experimental measurement of static hysteresis loops,first-order reversal curves and high-order reversal curves of ferromagnetic material by using silicon steel sheet static performance testing system.A numerical method is used to generate the first-order reversal curves(FORCs),which is applied to realize the parameter identification of Everett function,and B-based Preisach model based on the FORCs can be obtained.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental data.At the end of this paper,the fixed-point harmonic balance finite element method is introduced,and the loss separation of silicon steel sheet is calculated by loss separation model.The one-dimensional nonlinear eddy current field in the silicon steel sheet is calculated by combining the loss separation model with the fixed point harmonic balance finite element method.
