Papers of the research is based on the design of the digital eddy current displacementsenor based on PSoC (Programmable System on Chip, system on programmable chip).Eddycurrent displacement sensor is a device can convert non power into electrical signals based onthe theory of electric eddy-current effect,it has lots of benefits such as high level sensitivity,simple structure, stability, strong anti-interference capability. But the current Eddy currentdisplacement sensor has problems such as the environmental impact,the linear range and theprobe coil size, it brought restrictions for use in some special occasions, Therefore solve theproblem of the use of eddy current displacement sensor performance has important practicalsignificance.In this paper, in order to solve the eddy current displacement sensor in the practicalapplication of the above problems, solutions from the following several aspects:firstly, buildthe model of finite element simulation of electromagnetic field based on base theory of Eddycurrent displacement sensor, Analysis the influence of eddy current displacement sensor bychanging the size and shape of the probe coil, optimize detection of eddy current sensor coilby simplifying the rationality of the model building model and simulation results; secondly,Inthe circuit adopts frequency modulation type measurement with frequency signal as the outputcircuit,because the sensor uses PSoC chip as the core, Make full use of the internal of PSoCconfigurable analog to digital resources(high accuracy high bandwidth high flexibility),measurement circuit uses inverter build oscillation circuit, the design is not only simple circuitstructure reduced volume and improve the stability and anti-interference ability of the eddycurrent sensor; in the end, through the function curve fitting analysis the measurement data toget a better way of data processing, so that we can reduce the eddy current displacementsensor nonlinear error and improve the sensor linear measuring range to improve the use ofthe eddy current sensor performance.The simulation and experimental results show that: the above based on PSoC digital eddy current displacement sensor can stable experimental measurement data collected, verifythe correctness and feasibility of the eddy current probe coil circuit design. We can realizedisplacement measurement requirements through the design based on PSoC digital eddycurrent displacement sensor, at the same time to design simple structure to save externalresources and improve the anti-interference of the eddy current sensor to laid a certainfoundation for the further improvment of the eddy current measurement system.
