The development of intelligent transportation industry has all kinds of advanced information collection technology(such as microwave acquisition technology,video capture technology,inductive loop acquisition technology)is widely used in traffic data collection,traffic management departments not only have the basic traffic information,also have all kinds of dynamic data,such as real-time operating information,road vehicles traffic data collection,including attribute data,spatial data,image data,etc..Different from the original means of traffic data collected by these emerging technologies,the flow data has the characteristics of large data capacity and high real-time.Under the condition of real-time and continuous growth of traffic data,it is difficult to apply the traditional non real time and static management data processing methods.Therefore,how to deal with the real-time data collected by the sensor has become the focus of attention and the urgent need to break through the difficulties.In this context,this paper puts forward the corresponding solution based on Storm,HBase and other large data real-time technology,the main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)In this paper,we present the overall architecture of real-time traffic information management system based on Storm.The architecture is divided into 5 levels:data acquisition layer,data access layer,data processing and storage layer,service layer and application layer.At the same time,we study and design the high availability scheme of Storm cluster.(2)After studying the principle of HBase,according to the traffic flow data with a large amount of data,the access speed and data source characteristics,through the optimization of the key for structural design,solves the data flow when landing the "hot spot".(3)In the Storm traffic flow real-time analysis platform based on independent development,to achieve real-time processing of traffic flow data,solve the traffic flow average speed of mass traffic flow data calculation and calculation results of the discrete problem.At the same time,this paper makes a deep research on the hidden Markov model to analyze and calculate the data sequence.Through the statistical analysis of the data sequence,the EM algorithm is used to complete the training of model parameters.Finally,the Viterbi algorithm is used to predict the traffic state in the next five minutes.(4)Finally,according to the application requirements of the overall architecture,the real-time traffic information management system is constructed and implemented based on the Storm real-time computing platform.This article has carried on the detailed function module design to the system,and has realized the function of traffic statistics,congestion inquiry,vehicle tracking,traffic congestion forecast and so on.
