DCS(Distributed Control System)is a typical computer control system,which has become the mainstream of industrial automation production process control system.However,the traditional analog instrument is lack of control function,some temperature,pressure,flow,liquid level,material level transmitter or sensor does not have the function of control and operation.The input and output unit still use analog signals(such as 4mA?20mA DC),so that the input and output signals of each I/O point will need a pair of one on one wires,then the analog signal will be sent to the input module.The complex installation mentioned above will waste a large number of signal lines.With the advent of field bus,digital signal transmission,using the loop configuration control function in the form of a block forming configuration file,download operation,make the whole system independently.However,all 14 sets of DCS control objects in my industrial control laboratory are all the traditional analog instruments.It is very expensive to replace all of the intelligent instrument,so it is necessary to carry out the intelligent transformation of the I/O equipment.This paper introduces the design of a miniature industrial general intelligent I/O module,using the industrial field of traditional sensor with fieldbus thought for integrating the transmitters and intelligent I/O module to intelligent configuration node,which lays the foundation for further work.In this paper,the following contents are completed.1.The acquisition of analog 4-20mA input to the intelligent module,and through the Modbus RTU mode to achieve the communication with the host computer.2.Through the transplantation of the Modbus protocol,to achieve the state of the switch detection and control.3.The design of V/I conversion module converts the digital quantity into 4-20mA current at the output for driving the execution device.4.Draw PCB for the integration of the overall hardware circuit in the Cadence environment.5.Debug intelligent nodes and complete the communication between Kingview and modules,in order to lay the foundation for the subsequent function blocks and the configuration of resource blocks.
