Speech enhancement is a widely used research, after decades of development has penetrated into many aspects of people's life, especially with the popularity of mobile phone,it can be said that the research results have been always with us each individual speech enhancement, affect the life of each person. Therefore, the research of speech enhancement algorithm is still an important proposition. The topic of this paper contains two aspects of the research, namely microphone array and denoising filtering algorithm. These two aspects are the focus of speech enhancement research, both the array and the enhanced algorithm.Due to the microphone array structure is foundation of sound source localization and microphone array speech enhancement system. This paper studies the several kinds of commonly used microphone array including four-element cross array, five-element cross array.On this basis, a new double four-element cross array is proposed.The fourth chapter of this article mainly introduces adaptive filtering algorithm, adaptive filtering algorithm is the key point of this study. In this paper, we study the LMS algorithm, VMD algorithm, and improved NLMS algorithm are put forward. Through the simulation, it shows that the modified normalized LMS algorithm convergence speed is faster than LMS algorithm, with the increase of convergence speed, the method with low distortion. This modified LMS algorithm compared with other adaptive algorithm has better practicability.Finally, The experiments show that double four element cross array than single quaternion cross array has higher positioning accuracy and reliability. The experiment mainly includes the software design, the construction of the hardware platform. This design mainly use double four-element cross array receiving voice signal, through voice signal acquisition card to the software which used Lab VIEW to design, finally through adaptive algorithm processing speech signal and the corresponding results are obtained. By comparison with the experimental results and theoretical results verify the reliability of the double four-element cross array.
