Human beings are perceptual creatures and emotion is the necessaries of their life.With the continuous progress of society and high-speed development of economy,people's living condition improves a lot.The enrichment of materials promotes them to pursue spiritual enjoyment and fill their inner world with emotion.At the same time,online-economy has become one of the main powers to promote the social and economic development.Humans have been enjoying the changes in life brought from Internet,which mainly experience the developing stages of simple computer web browsing,multi-functions mobile phone apps and the latest mobile online-shopping in people's daily life.This paper focuses on how to add the consumers' emotional needs into interface design and how to increase the commercial value of the shopping apps by updating design.Based on the emotional design,analysis and optimization on the existing shopping apps' interface design and functions are conducted from the viewpoint of consumers in this paper.Frist of all,the items of emotional design and shopping apps are defined,which have also been analyzed on the viewpoint of the emotional needs of consumers.Secondly,the details the shopping apps design,such as layouts,colors and interaction have been analyzed according to the comprehension of the emotional needs.Then,surveys aiming at collecting the needs of consumers on the shopping apps have been conducted,which would provide supportive data to the importance of emotional design.Lastly,Taobao app is chosen as the analyzing case and there will be optimization advice towards its design details and enforceable interface sketch.Emotional design is essential whether for the consumers or for the consideration on the app itself.Designers should keep to updating and optimizing the app interface and functions based on the existing interface according to the changing emotional needs of consumers to provide them with better consuming experience.Nowadays,people could finish the transaction with a networking mobile phone at any time and anywhere,which is really easy and convenient.The mobile phone shopping apps have always been updated with the changing needs.So far,there have been thousands of shopping apps including some old-money e-businesses.Besides,there are countless rising stars in the mobile phone shopping apps platforms.The interface design of apps has become one of the important factors that cannot be ignored for providing the consumers with better experience.The paper is constructed and finished with the hope to provide a certain reference value for the interface design of shopping apps and offer some theoretical help on the interface optimization of the existing shopping apps.
