With the progress of science and technology,as well as the increasingly fierce competition in the manufacturing industry,discrete manufacturing industry is facing great challenges.However;the production logistic as a manufacturing enterprise "profit source",appear unreasonable management in many enterprises.They can't pay attention to the importance of production logistics,and a lot of logistics parameters without reasonable design.Therefore,according to the situation of the production logistics in the factory,using the knowledge of PFEP(planning for every part),put forward the idea of structuring PFEP system.Plan the logistics parameters for every part to guide the production logistics operation.In this paper,through the method of software design,to carry out the research of PFEP system,do some works.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance of the research,and analyzes the current situation of producticon logistics and PFEP,related theories of research.Analysis the current status of the application of PFEP in some discrete manufacturing industry,as well as the current literature and the actual company application of some of the parameters contained in PFEP analysis.Through summing up,clean up the part parameters should be included in PFEP.Research different of production logistics under different planning mode in manufacturing industry,according to the PFEP parameter analysis and the effect of PFEP,puts forward the overall goal of establishing the PFEP system.Establish the whole function model and system architecture of the system by IDEFO method and system requirements analysis.Research the design process of functional modules,divided into three major functional modules,part material loading container design,parameter design,parts storage and transportation container unit handling equipment selection.Material containers design module design is mainly analysis of container materials suitable for storage;material parameter design is the type first decision material storage node,according to the type of design parameters corresponding to the storage node,Parameter optimization;unit load and transport equipment are selected according to the material selection of containers and transport container unit handling equipment.
