In recent years,the Internet of Things has been rapid development and gradually applied to various industries.Elevator as an important part of people's daily life,the application of things has gradually expanded to it.In the elevator networking system,an important core component is the Internet of Things gateway,which plays the role of cloud platform and elevator management agencies,maintenance agencies,commissioners and the interaction between the intermediary medium role.The performance of the elevator network gateway is directly related to the operation of the whole elevator system.This paper makes a new design of the key elements in the elevator network,which makes the gateway truly intelligent,modular and easy to operate.This article first tells the intelligent background from the macroscopic level of the wisdom city,and analyzes the status quo of the elevator city as an important part of the intelligent city.Based on the related problems in the analysis,the author puts forward the research contents and objectives of the subject.Secondly,the basic functions of elevator network system and gateway are analyzed.For the elevator Internet of Things from the basic concept to the system in the various network layer of a macro exposition.For the basic functions of the gateway,the system composition and data link of the traditional Internet of Things gateway are analyzed and the existing problems in the traditional scheme are put forward.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the design idea of this paper.In addition,the design of this paper focused on the layout of the black box was fully designed.The distributed black box is analyzed from two aspects:distributed redundancy design and black box modular design.This paper analyzes the distributed architecture,such as topology,data link,failure and recovery,and failover mechanism of distributed gateway redundancy.For the distributed black box,combined with the application of the scene,designed the black box modular design of the three effective programs,and analysis of the three design advantages and disadvantages.Then the hardware and software parts of the intelligent Gateway are analyzed in detail.The hardware part gives the key part of the design circuit and analysis,the software part mainly for the distributed design and black box automatic identification and communication establishment of the analysis and design.At last,the intelligent gateway of the elevator is designed and analyzed.The test process and application of the equipment are analyzed from the engineering point of view.
