Since China's reform and opening up,economic development has become more and more prosperous,people's living standards have improved significantly,but some unscrupulous enterprises,for their own interests,completely ignore the public's environmental security.These enterprises directly put the untreated industrial wasting gas to the atmosphere.This behavior makes the environment worse and worse.The fog and haze have entered the public eyes.And these fog and haze have caused more and more serious threats to the public's life and health,such as respiratory diseases caused by fog and haze.One of the main components is the sulfur odor gas.Therefore,in order to detect the emissions and air quality indices emitted by the factory,this paper develops a testing device capable of detecting sulfur odor gas.If environmental testing devices are popular,people's environmental data can even be used as a basis for legislation.This paper studies an automated control system for the detection of sulfur odor gas,which not only detect methyl mercaptan,dimethyl disulfide,methyl sulfide,carbon disulfide,but also detect changes in the quality of these gases.The main idea of this paper is to build a front-end circuit from the theory,and then use the front-end circuit as the core to build the back-end detection system,and finally the auxiliary hardware and software.This article includes: the construction of SAW sensor detection circuit and its optimization,this module is the basis for detecting signals,by using a SAW device as the core,we build a framwork that can detect methyl mercaptan,dimethyl disulfide,methyl sulfide,carbon disulfide these sulfur odor gas and we also build a signal processing system.By using dsPIC chip as the core,we build the entire control system.This module needs PIC's I/O module,I/O module is the way to controling the peripheral circuits,in order to communicate with the outside world,we use input and output voltage;The use of SCM built-in timer and counter modules can identify TTL signal and turn it into a simple data,by using these data,we can use the algorithm for qualitative and quantitative analysis of various gases;by using the microcontroller built-in UART module we can transfer data to the computer.the peripheral hardware modules for control systems,including fast heating device and module of processing and transmission of data by using FPGA-built,we need these modules because of system and test.Finally,for the identification of methyl mercaptan,dimethyl disulfide,methyl sulfide,carbon disulfide four kinds of sulfur-based odor of the method,this paper is through a large number of frequency data,to determine the type and content of gas basis.
