Research On The Function Of Archives "stack" From The Perspective Of Information Dissemination

At present,the research on the function of archives in our country mainly focuses on the level of natural function and social function,and few scholars really study archives from the perspective of information science.Although some scholars refer to the information dissemination function of archives,the scholars generally talk about how to promote the use of information from the point of Archival value.From the perspective of information dissemination,the function of archives is still in the blank.By means of literature research,interdisciplinary study,comparison analysis and other research methods from the angle of archives information dissemination,combining with the development of The Times,to re-examine the function of archives.By analyzing the archives in the location in the information dissemination,archives "stack" function is put forward."Stack" function can be further refined into three levels,one is the "conservative stack" function,is committed to the integrity of the file semantic information and the integrity of the file syntax information.The second is the "energy stack" function,is committed to file the maintenance and appreciation of the pragmatic information.The third is the spread stack function,dedicated to the fidelity of the file information transmission and value realization.From the three aspects of the characteristics of the characteristics of archival work efficiency,the unbalanced development of archives work and the conservative way of archives work to analyze the way of archives development "stack" function obstacle.Finally,the paper puts forward the context,the path and the direction of expanding the function of the stack.Now the construction of archives informatization is increasingly important,but the archives as the science of cultural institutions,did not fully play its due value of information.This is not the emergence of social grimace.The correct understanding of the function of "stack" is helpful to fully understand the mission and contribution of archives in archival work and information work,so as to bring the archival work into the social information work.
