Analysis On Electronic Records Offline Back-up System And Its Security

Backup is an important methods of electronic records security management.Offline backup as a high level security method,became the last barrier to protect the safety of electronic records.Currently in our country,the theoretical research on offline back-up of electronic records is not systematic enough,and the practical exploration is not scientific enough,with great empirical and random features,as well as undefined security degree.Based on the scientific analysis in the property and the security of electronic records,the paper combines the storage characteristics of the recording medium and the offline back-up medium for electronic records,aiming to construct an electronic records offline back-up system,and pursuit the optimal security strategy of various combination modes in this system,so that it cannot only enrich the research of electronic records back-up,but also provide practical offline backup work for electronic records with scientific and reasonable references.The innovation of this paper is to have systematically combed the storage characteristics of the electronic records back-up medium,constructed the electronic records offline backup system,scientifically defined homogeneous back-up and heterogeneous back-up of electronic records,and conducted comparison about the system security of different back-up modes in the system,in order to make the optimal choice of backup in practice.The main content of this article is divided into the following three parts:At the first part,gave a general overview of the electronic records back-up.Through the analysis of the definition and characteristic of electronic records,pointed out the security requirements of electronic records management.Further,made a overview of back-up which is a main method of security management of electronic back-up.This article is going to focuses on the study of offline back-up,analyzes its principle,meaning,and security.The second part is devoted to constructing an offline back-up system of electronic records.Firstly,the paper studies the recording mode and recording medium of the back-up,which is based on scientific definition of "property" in the back-up,and finally divides the electronic records off-line backup system into the homogeneous back-up system,the heterogeneous backup system and the hybrid back-up system.As the last part,the comparative research of security was conducted on the offline backup system from the view of recording mode and back-up medium,which not only compared the security between different systems,but also analyzed the security refined to the internal system,to work out the security strategy.Through the study of offline back-up system of electronic records,we expect to insist on the optimal safety scheme from the viewpoint of electronic records security in practice,to ensure the safety of electronic records.
