3D printing,also known as the additive manufacturing,is the use of hierarchical processing,superposition forming way of adding material layer by layer to generate a solid manufacturing technology.In recent years,with the development of 3D printing,3D printing equipment prices and the cost of materials is gradually reduced,as some desktop 3D printer prices less than million,ABS/PLA and other print materials price is less than one yuan per gram,3D printing increasingly into the lives of ordinary people.Commercial grade 3D printers use a closed-source program,that is,users only need to enter the model file,3D printer can output the corresponding three-dimensional entity,process for the automatic operation of the black box in the Middle,which greatly reduced the average users lack of knowledge the difficulty of using 3D printing technology.However,how to obtain the three-dimensional model of personalized data and simple operation,is still a problem for the average user.At present,gets the model data are mainly manual model reconstruction and direct download,scan networks and other means.Manual modeling requires professional knowledge and long practice,scan reconstruction needs high equipment costs,both for average users are not in a friendly way.Direct download model is simple and convenient,and does not need high cost money(even this pay model in the affordable range),but the possibility of like model was not found,but for those with custom needs but does not have the expertise of users,this approach is too rigid.In view of the above reasons,we designed a simple and easy to use for 3D printed model customization tool will be similar in the different forms of solid is divided into several sections,each section to create three dimensional models of several alternative parts,each part of the stitching parts into a complete model.In this way,normal users can reduce the design difficulty,while meeting the needs of customization.Also provides some local customization features available on the combination model of making some custom features embossed or text.This work is built without any plug-ins can be embedded in a Web page interactive model of three-dimensional model editing system provides lightweight three-dimensional model design of online features,3D printing technology-oriented,three-dimensional models provide users with personalized custom services.The system uses b/s structure,front end parts including functional component library,model selection,scenario building module,model interaction model stitching,local custom modules,mainly using WebGL technology uses JavaScript open source frameworks such as bootstrap and three.js.Back-end functionality includes features such as model bounding box calculations,using Node.js frameworks,mainly making calculations to user interaction,and returns the results front.In this article the main achievement of the three-dimensional model of custom features,its main course consists of select model parts,parts three-dimensional model manipulated model parts of the mosaic,mosaic model of local custom,export the generated 3D file formats.
