Phased array radar originated in the middle of the last century.The main technology in the radar is to control the amplitude and phase of each radiation unit to form a spatial beam and control its scanning.Because of the rapid change in the beam direction,the generation of adaptive beam,simultaneouse on air searching and tracking of multiple high speed targets and achieving the great advantages of radiation power,the phased array radar widely used in military radar system.The T/R component is the core component of active phased array radar,the state of health and reliability directly affects the performance of radar system,so it is great of importance for health monitoring and life prediction of T/R components.In this paper,based on domestic and foreign literature review and,on the method of the health monitoring and life prediction for T/R components is investigated.Further,the wholesystem including software and hardware platform was built.Finally,the comprehensive Testing was implemented,The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Feature extraction and health assessment of T/R components.By analyzing the structure of T/R components,the core performance parameters are analyzed in detail.The phase shifter is the most important part of T/R,and its performance directly affects the function of beam scanning.Therefore,this paper focuses on investigating the phase shifter precision parameters and insertion loss parameters in the T/R component,which can be applied to evaluate the working state of the whole T/R component.(2)Research on life prediction method of T/R component.A life prediction method based on Calman filter model is studied.The EM algorithm is employed to estimate the unknown parameters of the space model in the windowed Calman filtering algorithm.The principle and calculation process of the windowed Calman filter model are investigated in detail,.Moreover,the method was verified by the degradation data of the phase noise in the crystal oscillator(VCXO)circuit.(3)The hybrid software with hardware sketch is designed to implement the health state monitoring and life prediction in the T/R component The system is divided into different functional modules,and the function of the system is analyzed in detail,.On this basis of the previous work,the hardware platform and the system testing is performed.(4)In this paper,the in-situ experiment of the T/R component health monitoring and life prediction is conducted.By selecting the appropriate experimental environment,health assessment and life prediction of T/R components were performed by using the designed software module.Based on the testing result,it is verified that the system is efficiency for health assessment and life prediction.
