The rapid development of infinite communication technology has also brought about the increasingly prominent energy consumption problems, data and energy integrated communication networks (DEINs) is proposed to solve the traditional infinite communication system in the energy consumption problem. To achieve energy-saving emission reduction of wireless communications, this thesis mainly studies the resource allocation and transmission strategy in DEINs under the quality of service (QoS) requirement. This thesis introduces the recent research of DEINs and some related technologies, including energy harvesting, simultaneously wireless information and power transmission (SWIPT), and resource allocation in DEINs. This thesis mainly focuses on the resource allocation in DEINs. When adding the energy transmission in the traditional wireless communication network, the more suitable resource allocation strategy is needed. Then, this thesis studies the transmission decision problem of uplink transmission data, downlink transmission data and energy in DEINs. Based on the general network system model, the Markov decision process optimal model is established to achieve the ma throughput. In this model, the QoS constraints is considered, for example, the packet loss rate. The probability of each decision about the relevant system state is simulated using the MATLAB software. The system throughput is compared and analyzed under the general decision strategy and the optimal decision strategy, and we explain the performance of the optimal strategy. Finally, the system model of DEINs based on the traditional cellular network is considered to study the resource allocation. In this thesis, the uplink and downlink optimization model is established to achieve more downlink throughput, which satisfies the energy required for uplink data transmission. Otherwise, in the multi-user system, the max-min model is established for the fairness factor. Through solving the optimal model, the resource allocation result is obtained, and the influence of fairness factor is illustrated by simulation analysis.
