Water thermal storage air conditioning system can reduce the pressure of power supply when there’s a peak demand in the summer.Currently most of the water thermal storage air conditioning system uses temperature stratification as the way of thermal storage,distributes chilled water(about 4℃)with lower temperature and greater density on the bottom of the pool and cold return water(about 12℃)with higher temperature and lower density on the top of the pool,through this we may generate a thermocline between them.Thermocline with clear boundary and stable condition and prevent the mixture of cold water and hot water,improve the thermal efficiency.And the generation and maintenance of the thermocline mainly lie on the design of the water distributer.Therefore after the air conditioning system coming into service,the thermocline condition needs to be monitored,so we can discover the problems that may occur and improve its performance to achieve a better energy saving effect.In this thesis we design a three-dimensional temperature field monitoring system.This system take an ARM module as data acquisition unit and DS18B20 as temperature detecting unit.In the pools,we put 25 strings,amount to 200 sensors to finish anarray structure temperature measure system and form multiple temperature-monitoring layers.Through the ARM module,temperature information collected by DS18B20 is passed to a remote computer though the Ethernet using the temperature collecting software.when designing the host computer software,we use the measured data in each temperature measure level to calculate other temperature values on the same level based on bicubic interpolation,and then get these data visualized.So we achieve functions as real-time monitoring and data saving and check with interface programed with Delphi.Besides,this thesis designs a micro-controller interface circuit based on the Interface driver circuit.This circuit can improve ARM interface driving ability and solve the long communication problem with DS18B20.It can also effectively avoid the malfunction caused by water seepage of the sensors such as the ARM can’t collect accurate temperature information.Currently the system is operating normally,there’s no breakdown of the water distributor and sensors so far.Based on the no blind area temperature monitoring of the pool and the simulative malfunction tests of DS 18B20 in the lab,we believe this system will continue to play a role effectively in the future.
