| In power plant to promote and implement plant-level optimal load distribution and the main meaning is: the purpose of coal-fired power plant plant-level AGC in essence is based on the energy management system of power grid and generating set control system,the high-level strategic control system between the plant-level AGC as a cohesive unit load control and power grid load instruction in the middle of the hub system,can meet the needs of the power grid security,economic,high-quality operation,and can improve the level of power plant,high efficiency,energy saving,coordinated operation,to achieve win-win situation of power grid and power plants.This paper analyses the AGC system(Automatic Generation Control)the practical application feasibility of by domestic and foreign related research literatures,first theoretically analyzes the feasibility,then set up the test and simulation environment,through the simulation system is a collection of AGC system in plant-level unit load distribution data;And will test the feasibility of further combined with the actual project,making the actual argument.Finally proved by actual project,the model automatic generation control system AGC is a supplement to the AGC system of power grid,it can overcome the limitations of the traditional AGC dispatching load,and has the economic energy-saving purpose.At the same time,it further illustrates the unit coal consumption curve as the soul of the plant-level AGC system,must demand is relatively accurate.If we can put the accurate coal consumption curve and plant-level coordinated with AGC we will be able to realize the energy saving of power grid,power plant scheduling double win situation. |
