Maritime International Trade Single Window Manifest Data Sharing System Design And Implementation

This paper studies the Liaoning maritime bureau relying on the "single window"technology platform "manifest data sharing system",gives the customs manifest data as the data source and the second maritime bureau manifest data automation theAudit calculation process,the development of this system reduces the cost of customs clearance of social enterprises,improve the efficiency of Customs clearance.This paper combs the existing software engineering techniques manifest data sharing business model,business process,given the overall business needs analysis,sharing manifest stakeholders,namely:the system of maritime administration,customs,social development,enterprise users and maintenance personnel manifest data sharing business goals,business goals are derived according to the manifest data sharing requirements,optimization the business process is given.This paper gives the system overall design,system function description,database design and interface design,the system needs to achieve the performance indicators.At the end of this paper,the method,algorithm design and test method of system manifest sharing.This paper focuses on the implementation of the manifest cargo code in the application and data level correspondence,automatic calculation of matching technology of asynchronous data manifest,improve the audit function automatic manifest data accuracy.Study on the manifest data exchange system,and presents the standard data interface services need to follow the SOA architecture,studied how to use the WebServices data bus interface service integrated management of numerous SOA architecture.The development rules of system application,data and interface are presented.The system improves each port regulatory data value,as the "single window"platform for future development to build infrastructure,reduce staff workload of maritime safety administration,reduce the social cost of customs clearance companies.
