Design And Implementation Of Assistant Office System For Small And Micro Enterprise Business Of ICBC

Since the state supports small micro enterprise policies introduced gradually,in the purpose of simplifying the business process and improving work efficiency,to develop the assistance system of daily work could solve the financing problem of small micro enterprise due to information asymmetry and inefficiency in work.The thesis researches the increasing requests from small micro enterprise in ICBC and provides a lightweight technical solution based on the system limitation of ICBC.At the beginning,it states the current status of article search system domestic and overseas.Also,it discusses the user features to the system,the design purpose,the requirements on data calculation and the detailed process of data management system.Based on that,it analyzes the user demand,and then further concluded the design concept of the system and explains the reason why applying VBA language in the development.The thesis described the case on login,search and the new functionalities of the system.It also introduces the calculation strategy and its process when working on daily tasks,which improves the data management in ICBC for article search system on small micro enterprises.Under system tests,it approves the searching system developed in the thesis can meet the business requirement of article searching function on small micro enterprise in ICBC,which also achieves the demand on security management in ICBC.
