The Design And Implementation Of ASP.NET Graduates' Employment Management System

The employment of graduates is one of the major problems that all kinds of schools have to face nowadays.Therefore,how to manage the graduates' information effectively and optimize and integrate the information reasonably is exactly the most important way to solve the problem.Graduate employment management system provide the employment process of graduates with fully management in all directions.Besides,it achieve many function such as one-step login and job information classification displaying.So that system offers above functions aiming to manage the information of graduate employment efficiently and reliably.In this paper,we use the three-tier architecture B / S model for development.and development environment is Microsoft's.NET environment.The database is sql server2008 management tools.And other development tools are database design tools like version management tools,document writing tools..To achieve system security management :graduate resume management;graduate school audit;enterprise information management;enterprise management.Identity authentication: Graduates and enterprises need to register in the system.In order to legally use the system,users are supposed to pass the administrator's auditing before they register in this system.User registration information mainly includes: users' name,registration password,type of user,mail address,contact number.Graduation Resume Management: This function is used for adding,modifying,deleting and querying the information of CV.Job Application: This function is used for graduates to apply for jobs issued by enterprises.Job application are supposed to be reviewed by the relevant enterprises and the results of the application display the success of the application or failing to apply for jobs.And job application requires users to log in the system.Enterprise information function: Enterprise management authority to enterprise information like adding,querying,modifying and deleting functions.Enterprise employee position management: enterprise users in the administrator permissions can add,modify,delete,query the staff position information.Employment management of graduates can improve the efficiency of the school employment sector and manage graduate students' information,enterprise information management and enterprise management positions scientifically.It can promote the employment rate of students and make graduates find their suitable jobs quickly and efficiently.
