With the development of cloud computing services and the improvement of people's living standards,the electronic medical records are gradually replacing the traditional paper-based medical records.They were popularized among major medical institutions quickly. However, traditional digital-hospital-information-system and electronic medical records have been far not enough to meet the need of the effective use and dissemination of electronic medical record. To the staff, electronic medical records are limited in the interoperability and reusability.To patients, the discrete distribution of electronic medical records cannot provide the efficiency of health management systematically. Rapid development of Internet has made it possible to combine different sources of document elements or text files into new structured documents. The combined documents provide data source for study, such as research statistical prediction, service recommendation. Now, some of the polymerization of resource services and other related research results have appeared. But there is no theory of combination or methods of document research, especially in the combination of electronic medical records.Therefore, based on the requirements above, the main research work in this paper as follows:(1)According to the writing standard of electronic medical records at home and abroad, a kind of method for analyzing electronic medical records is presented based on XML. And the limitations of structured documents represented by electronic medical records are compared. Define the combination of electronic medical records.(2)Build framework of the electronic medical records combination is based on Mashup, which includes the Web browser?Mashup server content provider, and give the definition of related components and actual meaning. Through the cross domain search for electronic medical records of the network, get electronic medical records on the Internet, and complete the implementation of the document in the Mashup server.(3)Present an analytical model of electronic medical records based on relational hypergraph and each component of the model is defined in a formal way. The electronic medical record mapping with XML as the standard for hypergraph, use the connection between a hypergraph path to get a new combination combined document. Finally, verify the feasibility and accuracy of the model by using XML parsing technique.The schemes in this paper can help users to sort the master-slave relationship of document module correctly and decrease medical records editing cycle effectively. Meanwhile they can provide more comprehensive health management data for patients.
