The Design And Implementation Of Face Recognition Attendance System Based On PCA And LDA Algorithm

With the development of science and technology,more and more high technology content management show up,but the Department of human resources management in many enterprises still need to solve the problem which can quickly and accurately obtain employee attendance information.But at present,there is still a small number of enterprises still use the traditional way to do the employee's attendance information management,which prone to "dirty data" phenomenon.Therefore,to establish a convenient and achieve the actual attendance management information system has become an imperative development direction of enterprises and institutions with attendance management.This paper first analyzes the research background and current situation of face recognition technology.Then from the perspective of the whole system,the paper analyzes the feasibility of face recognition attendance system by combining with the enterprise of the attendance management business process.Then the paper introduces the functional requirements,non functional requirements and key technologies of the system such as Adaboost algorithm,PCA algorithm and LDA algorithm.The design of the system used the unified modeling language to describe the logic of the system architecture,functional architecture,network architecture,database design,the flowchart and timing diagram of a detailed design of each functional module of the system.In view of the small sample problem when extracting features of PCA algorithm,a fusion PCA and LDA algorithm is proposed to extract face feature,and the algorithm is applied to the face recognition attendance management system.At last,this paper introduces the realization of the system.The system uses the client/server architecture to realize the management of staff attendance.The system is divided into three functional modules:attendance management,basic information management and attendance statistics management.The three modules influence each other to achieve the information management staff attendance.The test and operation results show that the system has friendly interface,simple operation and reliable data.The system not only can satisfy the enterprise attendance management needs,but also optimize the enterprise attendance management process,reduce management costs.The system effectively improves the management efficiency of the enterprise.At the same time,strict data acquisition and data process ensures the safety and attendance in data.
