With the rapid development of modern wireless communication technology,people's daily communication and communication become very convenient,interesting and free.Reliable portable mobile communication equipment has become an almost irreplaceable part of most people's lives.But some of the equipment damages the traditional industries in some way.So,it is needed to develop a screening system that can prevent and block the harm signals of these traditional industries.In the shielding system,the shielding signal is radiated from the transmitter antenna to the space.And the power amplifier is at the front end of the transmitter.Its performance directly affects the shielding range and system energy consumption of the shielding system.This project is customized a power amplifier for the 2.4GHz WI-FI shield system.The three-stage power amplifier which uses 2?m InGaP/GaAs HBT process,fabricated with 320?m2?1280?m2?5120?m2 emitter area and the die size is 1.2mm×1.2mm.Experimental results show that the amplifier matches well.And under 5V voltage supply,this work exhibits the gain of 32 dB,the output power is higher than 34 dBm with the power added efficiency of 43% in the frequency range of 2.4GHz~2.5GHz.
