In recent years,with the rapid proliferation of the 4G(The fourth generation of mobile phone mobile communication technology standards)mobile networks and mobile devices,such as smart phones and tablets,integrated with a variety of sensors,the ability of compute and senser of the phone and tablet in hands are faster and more powerful than used to be.Crowd sensing technology is no longer limited to the PC as a working unit,however,mobile devices of the common users will become the basic sensing unit.High-speed mobile network makes it possible for the mobile devices of different users to collaborate consciously or unconsciously.So that,they can assigne sensing tasks,and collect sensing data to complete the complex and large-scale social sensing task.In this thesis,Crowd sensing technology and incentive mechanism design will be applied to develop a mobile application named Campus,which is a campus information releasing system on iOS platform.By applying the Crowd sensing technology,we cannot only solve the problem that campus information usually published occlusively or not timely,but the problem of lack of campus information content.While adding incentives,not only will we greatly enhance the participation of individuals in the campus community,but help the users to quickly and accurately identify the authentic and valuable information from rumors,which will solve the problem of low participation and the problem of good and bad mixed together in campus community type applications.Further,according to the concept of Crowd sensing and the designed model of incentive mechanism,this work completes the architecture design of the whole system,including the mobile client and the server.At the same time,several design patterns,which are frequently used in the development of iOS applications,will decouple the system into some low coupling function modules.Then this thesis will complete the design and implementation of each of them,which has both innovation and practice.Finally,based on the design and implementation of the system,this thesis makes a prospect on the mechanism of collecting and pushing user information,and then puts forward some feasible solutions.
