The Top-level Design And Implementation Of Sapiential City Construction

Sapiential City is an advanced idea about the combination of modern urban management and information field that had risen in the world since2008. It aimed at discussing, planning and apperceiving key running indexes of the urban inner through information and communications technology like "Internet of things", "cloud computing" and "grid",in order to realize the optimal allocation of city resources and handle those serious issues, the population management, traffic jam, environmental protection and social security caused by the city development and population explosion, achieve the modernization, informatization and intelligence of city management, to maintain the sustainable development.This paper elaborates on the design principles and the overall objectives of Sapiential City viewed from the top-level design, and explains architecture design method from the 4 dimensions, the overall architecture, business, application and data architecture, closely around the overall goal of benefiting the people and enterprises, servicing administration,based on ‘'Internet + cloud computing,and "public" and "enterprise"; "the government" as the service object, ascertains the three service areas of cloud platform, the "people's livelihood", "city management" and "administrative services". Among them, the "people's livelihood" includes online work, living convenience, business services,health, tourism and education services application; "city management" includes community grid management, law enforcement, transportation,emergency command and other services application; "government" includes office automation intelligent, collaborative approval and three linkage approval service application. Analyzing the function and support system based on architecture design result, carry out the top-level design in 5 aspects, application platform design, database design,integrated design, system standard design and system security design,establishes 1 sets of APP, 1 sets of remote terminal equipment, 5supporting platform, more than 10 key systems and modules.To carry out the application with analysis of the application experience of Sapiential city both at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of C County in Hunan province, starting from the application platform, infrastructure and industrial development in three key aspects; to carry out the overall framework design, establishes the system model, system architecture, functional architecture model of top-level module architecture model and system model, establishing key applications from 3 aspects application system, communication infrastructure and central platform system. The application of the county to implement the concept of small development, unified planning, saving investment, so that people can be in education, health care, pension, to facilitate the construction of urban functions to enhance all aspects of the overall realization of the demand. The design is validated so that it can be effectively applied to the modern urban management.
