With the rapid development of welfare lottery tickets in recent years, the distribution of welfare lottery is not only on the scale, but also gradually to the diversified development. In addition to the traditional way of printing paper lottery in betting stations, the paperless sale way through the internet or mobile phone is gradually being accepted by the public. Because of the increase of the lottery sales and product diversification, the lottery sale center must increase the application technology to support these services, but also brings the problem of running management:on the one hand, the high availability and stability of the lottery system can not modify and change frequently; on the other hand, the existing old monitor technology is very difficult to support the requirements of the new business system. Therefore, the current monitoring system can not support the requirement on scalability, accuracy and flexibility.In this thesis, we analyze the current situation of the monitoring technology, and design a centralized monitoring platform based on the existing IT resource monitoring technology to address the following problem:1) Through the environment, servers, a variety of devices, applications and collection of business data, using a unified monitoring processing mode, the resource data and object models combine organic. And through analysis of the data, using a variety of measures to show the way and warning, so that timely and effective manner to operators and service staff to reflect monitoring information, and provide an alert;2) Based on the Spring Framework, a monitoring container was implemented using a modular microkernel architecturea. The system can elastically increase or decrease needs to monitor the content and object and improve the scalability of the system;3) Use a distributed architecture, provide monitoring function by SOA, make the system to be expanded, improve availability and scalability of the system;4) Provide highly scalable service interface, integration of various application subsystems monitoring service, take the initiative to find and positioning systems that exist in the breakdown and hidden trouble, reduce the risk in the operation maintenance, provide reliable guarantee for the application system functions well.
