With the rapid development of modern communication technology, information transmission in the process of communication network plays a pivotal role. Because of the difference of space and time between demand and service, the development of communication system presents a trend of isomerization which includes the isomerization coverage of communication network, standard heterogeneous communication network and communication. The development of the communication network meets the requirements of isomerization networks in a certain extent, thus solving different users and service requirements. But the communication network isomerization also aroused the corresponding problems, in which one of the important challenges is how to integrate variety of isomerization network. Then, it can not only utilize the advantages of the network itself, but also can realize the unified management and scheduling in order to achieve seamless link and ensure efficient message transmission between these networks.This thesis is based on the regional public security requirements, communicating with the relevant departments, such as public security, fire, emergency command and other functional departments, to fully understand the needs of the communication industry. There is no interconnection between the various communication systems in these departments, such as the Internet, mobile communication network, Beidou communication, radio communication. It means that the emergency command organs must be equipped with multiple sets of different communication systems, these isomerization networks not only increase the cost of communication, but also easily lead to confusion, thus greatly reducing the efficiency of emergency response. This thesis designs a communication solution between isomerization networks based on the existing Internet of things architecture. The thesis researched and explored the communication protocol and information transfer mechanism between isomerization network according to the security requirements of the local area, and proposed a new communication gateway based on the publish/subscribe model and dynamic topology strategy corresponding to route.In view of the problems faced by the isomerization communication network, this thesis carried out researches from three aspects:the Publish/Subscribe model, the topology structure and the routing protocol. This thesis realized an intelligent communication gateway for intercommunicating Beidou satellite communication network, mobile communication network, CDMA, radio communication system and Internet and so on.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1) Through in-depth understanding of industry requirements and publish/subscribe model, this thesis developed an intelligent communication gateway system based on publish/subscribe model, thus solving the communication problem of isomerization network in emergency command. The communication gateway system can effectively compromise the satellite communication system, the mobile communication network and the Ethernet, and constitute a unified isomerization communication network. At the same time, it can possess the advantages of each network, and better meet the requirements of relevant departments which establish a unified emergency command and communication network application.(2) In the section, we will explore how to adjust and optimize the network topology in the content-based publish/subscribe model. At present, most topology structures of the publish/subscribe model are only one type, which cannot comprehensive utilize advantages of different topology structures. In view of this situation, this thesis proposes a dynamic topology policy for publish/subscribe model and designs the corresponding dynamic topology algorithm. Consequently, the communication gateway system can dynamically adjust the agent node of the network topology according to the operation of the system itself and the change of the real time environment. Finally, it meets the requirements of the timeliness and stability of the communication between heterogeneous networks.(3) According to the traditional routing algorithm and the reconstruction strategy basing on local subscription, this thesis designed a route protocol which is adapted to publish/subscribe model. Then the proposed communication gateway can be operated in a good and stable way in the actual operation of the relevant departments.
