Research On The Test Case Reuse Based On AHP And Fuzzy Algorithm

Software testing is based on test cases which are designed according to the specifications in each phase of the software development process.Software testing is a process of repeated work,the idea of reusing test cases can improve the efficiency of software testing with less human and resources.The research content of this paper is to evaluate the re-usability of the test cases,apply the segmentation algorithm to process the input information about research,implement efficient search on test case on the basis the content,at last build a platform to reuse test cases.The work and achievements of this paper are reflected in the following aspects:(1)This paper has improved the model of measuring the re-usability of test case which is based on the method called Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).This paper presents a hierarchical fuzzy metric model for the reuse of test case.This model combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Algorithm.It investigates the re-usability of test case to the characteristics of the reuse related elements.And the measurement of the quantitative evaluation of the test case will transform the abstract concept into a concrete figure.(2)In the paper,the test case search based on the content is added.The function about search is divided into two parts.Firstly,the segmentation algorithm is used for processing those search information about test case.Secondly the search algorithm is used for matching the test cases and the result which is based on the process of segmenting.Then we will get the Test cases which meet the search criteria.All of the above can achieve the goal of efficient search on test case based on the content.(3)The paper has built actual environment of test case reuse---test case reuse platform.The test suite will be encapsulated in the test suite,and the test suite will contain information which can be understood by test personnel.The test case can be viewed in detail.According to the information of the use case,the test case is added to the reuse.Then according to the different reuse requirements,test personnel can choose different reuse strategy,and test case reuse platform can also realize the increase,modify and delete the test cases.
