Research On The Compilation Method And Application Of Big Data Index

In 2010,big data quickly seize the commanding heights of academic research in various fields.Since 2015,the government bring “big data” into the strategic height of national development,the relevant policies with “big data” has been implemented,thus creating a new situation in building the data China “13th Five-Year ”.Under this background,statistics is experiencing a revolution of new “big data + statistics”.The purpose is not only limited to the change of the data source,but also the innovation of the data analysis technology.In statistics,index as an important part,is taking advantage of policy power,realize its own transformation,so that in the era of big data,building a unique “big data + index” development system.In this paper,the “big data index” as the research object,to study it on the new development of the “big data + statistics”.The purpose of this paper is to build a complete index analysis system based on the traditional statistical survey index;Study contents as follow: The first is the connotation of big data index,from the essence of big data index,including index data definition,nature and function,evaluation,and big data index improvement and application;Then is the establishment principle,according to the traditional survey index,summed up in six steps: data collection,index system construction,data preprocessing,selection and update of period and weight,calculation method and index adjustment;Finally is the application of big data index,mainly from two sides,one is the depth of analysis of the existing big data index,and compares them with traditional statistical index,further to an empirical estimation of traditional statistical index of big data index;The other is to improve the preparation of traditional statistical index,representative of Taiyuan coal trading price index,bring new big data index into it,in order to meet the big data era of development index of the new requirements.The essence,compilation principle and application of big data index were summarized by this paper through the above study contents.The definition,character and function of big data index were explained essentially.The compilation principle of big data index was further discussed.Finally,in the aspect of application,the relationship between big data index and traditional statistical index was studied.In the current situation,the statistics department should seek multilateral cooperation,promote the integration of the whole society,explore the combination of big data index and traditional statistical survey index,so as to improve the efficiency of the whole society.
