Coal and gas outburst is a serious coal power disaster.In recent years,with the increasing strength and depth of coal mining,mine geological conditions are more complex,the coal and gas outburst problem is becoming more severe.At present,the coal and gas outburst disaster is not be restrained,because of lack of useful means to reveal development,happening principle and conditions,It's too difficult to acquire site data,for that the happening of the coal and gas outburst is a transient period.It's impossible to stimulate real happening conditions.In this case,geo-mechanical module experiment is a way to investigate the coal and gas burst in classic conditions.At present,coal mine safety monitoring is mainly based on traditional electronic and mechanical methods.The frequency of mechanical response is low,there are few measurement parameters,and it's difficult to realize the real-time monitoring.Shape of the electricity sensor is too big,the electricity sensor is susceptible to electromagnetic interference.What's more,it's easy to make electrical spark to have a negative impact on coal production.This paper aimed at the requirements of coal and gas burst geo-mechanical module experiment to develop sensors and monitoring system,which are used for experiment.Based on the principle of fiber grating sensing,the matching of sensor volume,material,structure and test environment,a miniature fiber grating sensor was designed to measure different objects with help of the finite element simulation.Developing a micro fiber grating soil pressure sensor,which was based on metal plate,mainly.Tests showed that the sensor has features of good linearity and high stability.Based on the micro fiber grating soil pressure sensor,different thickness of the metal plate is analyzed and optimized,the micro fiber grating air pressure sensor is developed.The grating strain gauge block,which uses module experiment materials as carriers,is designed.And a micro fiber grating temperature sensor was invented.Meanwhile,the requirement of monitoring system software was analyzed,and software system which are used for coal and gas burst monitoring was developed.The software system based on client/server mode(C/S)and Microsoft Visual C ++environment was written.The software includes configuration management,data acquisition,data processing,data graph display,historical query and other modules.What's more,the integration of Bragg fiber grating monitoring system was realized.Finally,the coal and gas burst disaster multi-parameter real-time monitoring system was applied to the geo-mechanical experiment.Realizing the supervision of soil pressure,air pressure,strain,temperature during the crustal stress test and the gas filling test.And analyzing the change of data to provide support for future excavation test.
