Pressure vessels is an important factor in the production of chemical。In the pressure vessel, pressure is an important parameter. So,Mechanical pressure gauge to be made more widely used.Fiber Bragg grating sensor with wavelength coding, Wavelength of the light source with absolute parameters will not be affected by the power fluctuations and the loss of connection or coupling. In addition,sensor signals can be long-distance signal transmission and will not be affected by electromagnetic interference from the outside world. The special thing is also very easy to product of a number of optical fiber grating in an optical fiber,which is obtained by arrays Grating the soft light, and time division multiplexing and wavelength division multiplexing technology, its temperature, pressure, strain, etc. Multi-point monitoring. Research shows that the fiber Bragg grating sensor is stability and that is desirable pressure sensing components. Fiber Bragg Grating must sensing probe to carry out the design in order to make it able to meet the practical requirements of the sensor. Therefore the Researches on Fiber Bragg Grating pressure sensing probe design and sensor packaging methods are great significance for the practical application.In the petrochemical industry of the low range of pressure measurement, I designed a blind tubular fiber Bragg grating in pressure sensors, and establish sensing model. By comparing,I choose the metallic titanium tube as a flexible fiber-optic components for the Bragg grating of Transducer pressure sensor structure. Through theoretical analyzing,the pressure sensitivity is 42.61pm/MPa and resolution is 0.0235pm/MPa. Upon completion of the corresponding components of the processing and packaging, in the range of 0~3.0MPa for the pressure to load and unload the experiment.
