The purpose of 3D measurement is to obtain the 3D information of the object.The technology of 3D measurement based on structured light projection has several advantages such as the large amount of data,high accuracy,high detecting speed and wide scope of application.This tecnology has significance and wide application prospect in the field of industrial production controling and detecting,machine vision,remote sensing,medical diagnosis and anti-crime etc.Based on the actual demand,this paper studies the problems of fast phase demodulation and system calibration in the aspects of haedware and software.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on a grating projection 3D measuring system composed of the projector and the CCD camera,the theoretical and experimental research of calibration algorithm is carried on.After several experiments,the calibration of 3D measuring system is achieved.(2)To solve the problem that the high-speed moire phase retrieval method of Wang can only abstract the phase within(0,?),a real-time 3D shape measurement method based on the phase-shifting moire algorithm is proposed.The results are analyzed and compared with those of Wang's method,demonstrating that our method could avoid the limit of Wang's method.(3)To improve the speed of 3D shape measurement,the phase demodulation algorithm is reprogrammed by GPU parallel acceleration.(4)An actual grating 3D shape meassuring system based on the DLP projection and CCD camera is set up.All the above algorithm are achieved in vsual c++ and MATLAB R2014a programming environment,and are verified by a large number of experiments and analysis.
