The Design And Implementation Of Online Financial Service System For Yunnan Technician College

Financial service work is highly related to the school's financial income and expenditure.Due to its strong sensitivity,it has been the focus of all the enterprises and institutions' daily work.Same true for every college.For example,Yunnan Institute of Technicians pay great attention to the work of financial services over years.It makes clear provisions and audit process for any financial work involved in the various business expenses to make sure that the school's financial running is in good health.Today,school's daily office is in information management and the online work of financial services has become a big trend.Therefore,the original financial service processing mechanism used by Yunnan Institute of Technicians has no longer meet the requirements.So the school decided to design an online financial service system.During the development of the Online Financial Service System of Yunnan Institute of Technicians,it uses B/S architecture,MVC design pattern,SSH framework and Oracle 11g database management system.According to the core idea of B/S architecture,business logic centers in the server end.MVC design pattern focuses on layering,implementing the separation of all the components and reducing the coupling between components in the system.On the basis of these,it conducts system layering technique and uses SSH framework(integrated by Struts,Spring and Hibernate)as the framework technique in the system.As for the database management,it uses Oracle 11g,effectively enhance the security and stability of the system data.In the Online Financial Service System of Yunnan Institute of Technicians,there are online reimbursement management,salary paying management,online banking fees management and financial query,etc.In the online reimbursement management,it has achieved daily reimbursement management,travel fees management,and loan business management.In the salary paying management,it includes student salary paying management,wages of inside school staff paying management,wages of outside school staff paying management,etc.In the online banking fees management,there are online payment management and the link between school and bank management.In the financial query function,it consists of some aspects,including checking staff wages,checking personal income tax of staff,checking the details of other incomes,checking account logs and checking the balance of personal project.After fully taking the characteristics of online financial processing mechanism into account,it combines the daily work flow of Yunnan Institute of Technicians during the development of this system.Based on the detailed analysis of online reimbursement management and its specific implementation,it specifically analyzes every aspect of the salary paying level and clarifies the role of each function.Above all,it simplifies the reimbursement work flow of teachers and students in school and improves the working efficiency.Also,it standardizes the various financial expenses of school to make sure the rationality and security of school's financial expenses.In summary,the research of this system fully improves the quality and standards of the financial service in Yunnan Institute of Technicians as well as guarantees its business processing efficiency.
