System Design And Implementation Of Taian Unicom Employee Training

Due to the rapid development of modern information technology,online learning is the core of the establishment of the staff training management information system become in recent years,the enterprise to improve human resource management is an important part of the ability and level.In this process,a large number of enterprises are faced with how to human resources training into problems of online platform,through the application of advanced information technology to staff training,human resource management for the enterprise as well as the promotion enterprise's overall operations,this is the current urgent demand of each enterprise is also the key significance of staff training.Taian unicom was designed and implemented in this study,staff training management information system for taian unicom company staff training information management service,provides the omni-directional,the whole cycle through the deployment and implementation of the system is able to staff training in various subjects of learning content,learning achievements management operations,such as information in the system can complete the online training,on-line examination and other business needs.This study was designed and implemented in accordance with the principle of software life cycle in taian unicom staff training system,according to the function of the system is divided into eight function modules,including:training management module,the online course module,on-line examination module,test module,integral management module,statistics module,knowledge Shared library module and system management module.The development process of the development mode to the browser/Server architecture,the system adopted by the platform uses the Windows system,the Server is using ASP.NET,SQL Server,IIS respectively as a server-side scripting language,database management systems and web Server,the client USES HTML 5 and CSS 3,JavaScript,JQuery and Ajax technology.Overall system architecture is the model view control mode,in the process,uses the object-oriented design thought.And we propose 4 layers of system architecture,which is composed of interaction layer,exchange layer,application layer and data layer.By the design and implementation of taian unicorn staff training system,can further improve the taian unicom company's human resources management environment,gradually raise the level of employee's work ability,and quality,implement employee training process standardization and estimation and form the integrated way of staff training and process,and through the employee's personal information,such as training data and information resources,to build a staff training information management platform,forming with local characteristics,leading domestic staff training information management platform,it can not only meet the needs of employees' learning,but also can meet the needs of enterprise informatization,the realization of ultimate employee information sharing and improve work ability.
