Milk is rich in nutrients and easily absorbed by human body.But brand cheating and substandard milk seriously damage the legitimate rights and body health of the consumers.To solve the problems,the quality monitoring center can distinguish the identification results of different kinds of milk real-time,realize the supervision of milk production enterprises.If the production problems appear,we can stop the production and adjust it in time to avoid the problem that different kinds of milk product is confusion or the product do not match the brand from the source,ensure a qualified and safe environment in the production of milk.The advantages of ZigBee and GPRS were combined in this paper.Remote wireless network was designed based on ZigBee and GPRS technology which transmits taste characteristic information.The characteristics of electronic tongue test are non-destructive,rapid,objective and repeatable.Electronic tongue is used to detect taste information of the key notes.ZigBee terminal module gets characteristic information through the serial port.Taste information was transmitted to coordinator through ZigBee network.The collected information was transmitted to milk quality monitoring center through GPRS network.The monitoring center receives,displays,saves results and distinguishes the sort of milk and prediction.First of all,communicating hardware modules in ZigBee network are designed and realized,which uses CC2530 chip as the core.Software programming for module in ZigBee network is completed based on Z-Stack protocol.Information collection and gathering are realized in ZigBee.The connection and communication between GPRS module and remote monitoring center are realized.The center are displaying,saving and receiving data.Secondly,each module and the whole wireless transmission system are tested.The reliability and stability of wireless network were verified by the test.Finally,a voltammetric electronic tongue was constructed by three electrodes,CHI660 C electrochemical analyzer and the PC.Three kinds of Yili milk are detected.270×8 milk characteristic current values are transmitted to the remote monitoring center computer based on the constructed wireless network.PCA algorithm realizes the classification of milk.Three dimensional chart distinguishes three kinds of milk clearly.SVM forecast model was built based on different data sets to analysis the category forecast accuracy.
